Big Pharma Wins in Idaho...
We’ve just learned that Governor Brad Little has vetoed Senate Bill 1023, the Medical Freedom Act. This first-in-the-nation bill was supported by many Idaho conservatives, including the Idaho Freedom Caucus. We led the fight to pass this bill, only for it to die on the governor’s desk.
SB 1023 would have banned all medical interventions like injections, procedures, and medications from being forced on everyday people like teachers and other employees.
We’ve been here before: in 2023 the Legislature passed the Coronavirus Stop Act, protecting citizens from being forced to take experimental injections to keep their jobs. SB 1023 simply updates the Coronavirus Stop Act and to cover ALL medical interventions so people aren't discriminated against for refusing a medical treatment.
Freedom Caucus member Rep. Rob Beiswenger (LD8) sponsored the bill, which passed the House 47-23.
No other state has such strong protections for health freedom. Even Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis took notice, telling Idaho legislators he was excited to see the push to expand health freedoms in Idaho when he visited us last Monday.
The same day, Attorney General Raul Labrador issued a strong statement calling on Gov. Brad Little to sign Idaho's Medical Freedom Act into law.
Unfortunately, the governor has chosen to defer to his friends in Big Pharma and Big Business, the same friends who cheered lockdowns and mandates five years ago.
We are disappointed and hope to override this veto on Monday!
Why do people keep voting in Rinos who say they are conservative when they are obviously Liberal minded when you look at all their actions. Governor Little has never been for the people, he is for himself and big business but he will say anything he needs to get people vote for him. Obviously he vetoed this bill so when a COVID-like era happens again he can force mandates and experimental vaccines onto the people against our will. There is no other reason to veto giving us the right to say "no" to putting anything on or into our bodies and our children's bodies. There was so much evil that happened during COVID. Down right fraud and murder that I personally witnessed let alone the accounts I heard. Imprisoning people in hospitals and senior facilities. I work in insurance so the amount of people who told me they got the shot was significantly obvious and amazing that within 2 years had cancer or suddenly died of heart attacks jumped significantly (many in their fifties or younger even). Between my husband and myself knowing more than one thousand households in our areas we know dozens of people who were fraudulently diagnosed with COVID when it was impossible for them to have confirmed they had it (such as signing up for a test, not taking it, and then getting lab notices they were found to have COVID). One of our church members was locked up in Kootenai hospital against his and his wife's wishes for over a month maybe two. We were getting ready to have a possie forcibly remove him from his imprisonment when he finally died. They at least let his wife see him at the end so she could say goodbye but that was after locking him up away from her for over a month. Lockdowns must be stopped and forced/and shamed into/tricked into vaccinations must be stopped. So Gov. Little wants more death and control like we saw before, that is the only thing I can think of for why he doesn't want to protect us from what happened before. For my friends, customers, and acquaintances who were tortured and murdered by the mandates and the people who pushed them, I will never be silent.

Thousands of emails and thousands of calls to Governor Little apparently couldn't put Idaho's medical freedom back together again. Instead, the governor deferred to Big Pharma and Big Business, the same people who cheered lockdowns and mandates five years ago.
But a brave Idaho House and Senate can fix this!
Call or Write Your Idaho House and Senate Representatives. Ask them to please do the right thing for Idaho and OVERRIDE this inglorious veto by Idaho's governor!
And let Idaho's Governor know you are not happy.
