Idaho Freedom Caucus members spent the past week in legislative training gearing up for the 2025 session. Members also participated in the legislative reorganization and voted on new leadership for the House and the Senate.
In the House, the new leadership team includes Speaker Mike Moyle, Majority Leader Jason Monks, Assistant Majority Leader Josh Tanner, and Caucus Chair Jaron Crane. In the Senate, the new leadership is Pro-Tem Kelly Anthon, Majority Leader Lori Den Hartog, Assistant Majority Leader Mark Harris, and Caucus Chair Ben Toews.
With committee assignments, floor seats, and office placements finalized, the Idaho Freedom Caucus members are energized and ready to hit the ground running in early January. They are focused on promoting their vision with pertinent legislation for Idaho in the upcoming session. The Caucus is determined to champion policies that promote economic self-reliance, reduce regulations and repeal unnecessary laws while upholding Idaho’s traditional values rooted in the constitutional. Squandering another 4 years with President Trump in office is not an option.
The Idaho Freedom Caucus is excited to announce four of our newest members: Representatives Steve Tanner, Cornel Rasor, Kyle Harris, and Rob Beiswenger.
Please consider a 2024 donation to the Idaho Freedom Caucus PAC to help us amplify the message of freedom!
Thank you in advance for all you will be doing for Idahoans!
Welcome Representatives Steve Tanner, Cornel Rasor, Kyle Harris, and Rob Beiswenger! The citizens who voted for Freedom salute your efforts and will stand behind you!
We know the Idaho Freedom Caucus is ready to hit the ground running and will keep all the committees working hard for freedom (and please, don't let committee chairs stick good freedom bills in their desk drawers).
