Take as much Federal dollars while you can. The debt is unpayable at this point anyway and USD will collapse likely in a decade.
Convert the Fiat to Idaho infrastructure and physical goods that Idaho will be able to use for Idaho's benefit post-collapse.
The ship is sinking. Salvage whatever you can get.
