Yes, the GOP will still run a caucus if the legislature puts the presidential primary back to May.

So, if the Caucus chooses Candidate A and a later primary chooses Candidate B, who wins the Idaho delegates?

Republicans must register to vote by December 31, 2023 to vote through the caucus.

The voter registers will be printed. Meeting places will be set up with paper ballots to vote. You must be a registered Republican to vote.
